Brisket facepalm

/facepalm! The staple BBQ meat of Texas. How could I forget that, especially when I make a pretty good one myself (see below)?
We’ve added those, and andouille, one of my favorite sausages.

Excellent! I also love veggies. Most people despise Brussels sprouts, but I quite enjoy them, either steamed or, of course, wrapped in bacon.
