Brisket facepalm

@klamar93rd asks, “Just curious: could you add brisket and boudin to the vocabulary?”

/facepalm!  The staple BBQ meat of Texas.  How could I forget that, especially when I make a pretty good one myself (see below)?

We’ve added those, and andouille, one of my favorite sausages.

Mmmm… can you smell it?
